What size of collar should I buy?
To ensure the correct fit, we recommend measuring your cat's neck circumference with a tape measure. Our collars stretch but the collar should not have to stretch a lot to be secured on your cat's neck.

Note: Sizing should allow for 2 fingers to fit between the item and the neck.
What is the return policy?
International shipments are not eligible for returns nor exchanges. Only shipments to USA & USA territories are eligible for returns & exchanges.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (plastic bag & paper insert). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the customer the full amount of their order on their original form of payment.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will initiate a new order for the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What is the Shipping Policy?
Please allow 2-5 days for processing time as we make your collar. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we ship your order. We use USPS as our shipping provider and our standard shipping option is 3 days to USA while our expedited is 1-2 days to USA. International shipping times depend on the carrier. Thank you!
Can I wash the collar?
Yes, you can hand wash your scrunchie collar!
- Fill a large bowl with warm water and add a few drops of fabric softener or shampoo.
- Scrub and soak your scrunchie collars a few times gently by hand.
- Rinse off your collar in fresh water.
- Squeeze any excess water out of the fabric and lay (or hang) them to dry in a warm, sunny spot like a windowsill for a day.

How do I cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. After 24 hours - your order is permanent.
